As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in our technical team:

- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electronic issues;
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer standards;
- Stay up to date with technical bulletins, procedures, and diagnostic tools from Volkswagen;
- Work closely with other technicians and service advisors;
- Ensure the quality and precision of all work performed, within expected timeframes;
- Contribute to a professional, respectful, and performance-driven work environment.

Profile:

- Valid driver licence (mandatory);
- Valid Parity Committee certification (mandatory);
- Significant experience with German-manufactured vehicles (mandatory – ideally Volkswagen or Audi);
- Strong skills in mechanical and electrical diagnostics, as well as general automotive repairs;
- Team spirit, autonomy, and good communication skills;
- High level of rigor, organizational ability, and attention to detail;
- Capable of effectively managing time and priorities;
- Ambition to grow and perform in a high-level team;
- Comfortable with modern technology and computer systems.
