We are HIRING a passionate and dynamic Estimator to join our team!
A full-time opportunity in a growing network!
What we're looking for:
An Estimator to assess damage, prepare estimates and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
Your tasks:
- Assess damage and plan necessary repairs according to Fix Auto standards and insurers' requirements;
- Prepare accurate estimates using recognized systems (MCE, Audatex);
- Identify value-added sales opportunities to optimize work profitability;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of bids to increase conversion rate;
- Collaborate with parts and production departments to meet deadlines and performance targets;
- Participate in closing files and analyzing performance indicators;
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the process;
- Perform any other related tasks as required by the shop.
Profile:
- Diploma in auto body repair (vocational or technical training);
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (automotive estimating or sales);
- Proficiency in estimating systems (MCE, Audatex) and management software such as Mitchell RepairCenter;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Excellent communication skills, sense of customer service and professionalism;
- Team spirit, rigor, autonomy and ability to work under pressure in a constantly evolving environment.
Candidates must be present and legally entitled to work in Canada.
