Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

We're recruiting: Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative.

We're looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative who can not only advise customers on certifications and warranties, but also generate opportunities, not just wait for the customer to walk through the door.

Your role:

- Welcome, advise and support customers in their purchasing process;
- Clearly present warranty and certification options as required;
- Create your own opportunities: follow-ups, social networks, personalized follow-ups, outgoing calls, etc;
- Work as a team with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction;
- Meet (and exceed) your monthly performance targets.

What we're looking for:

- You have a hunter's attitude, no passive waiting;
- You're comfortable with prospecting, follow-up and proactive handling;
- You're a good listener and know how to ask the right questions;
- You're familiar with the used vehicle market, or you're a fast learner;
- You're motivated by performance and commissions.
