The Parts Clerk will be responsible for serving customers at the Parts Department counter as well as at the Porsche accessories boutique, making estimates, ensuring that in-house parts requests are invoiced on the Service Department repair order, assisting with goods receipt and technician order taking as required, and performing any other related duties.

The candidate must be able to communicate in English, both orally (intermediate) and in writing (beginner), in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele.

Requirements:

- You have 2 years of experience in a similar role in a car dealership;
- You have a good knowledge of mechanics;
- You are customer service oriented (internal and external);
- You are a team player;
- You have good computer skills. Knowledge of SERTI software a desirable asset;
