Join our team as a Service Advisor!
GT Autotech is looking for a passionate and dynamic Service Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with personalized service and exceptional quality support.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email or in person, providing courteous and professional service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs to optimize their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
- Actively collaborate with team to resolve customer concerns and continuously improve service quality.
- Use mechanical knowledge to assist customers with vehicle-related questions or concerns.
Proficiency in Gem-Car software is an added advantage, and bilingualism (French and English) is a plus.
We specialize in European vehicles, such as Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW and many others. A good command of this type of vehicle would be an appreciated asset.
We offer:
- A full-time, daytime position, from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m;
- Two (2) weeks of vacation in the summer and two (2) weeks of vacation at Christmas;

Training
Training will be provided by the owner of the company and the Gem-Car software.
