Sales Accounting Clerk - 24 hours a week

BMW West Island, a car dealership in Dorval, is looking for a versatile individual with experience as an Accounting Clerk in the automotive field.

This position is permanent part-time, 24 hours a week, 3 days a week, with the possibility of working longer hours during busy periods.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- Stock new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Account for sales;
- Pay balances and financing;
- Correct inventory and other schedules;
- Perform all accounting tasks;
- Occasionally fill in at the reception desk;
- Filing.

Profile:

- Experience as an accounting or sales clerk in a car dealership;
- Experience in accounting;
- Neat appearance, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to communicate and integrate into a team;
- Dynamic, punctual and organized; Discretion and tact;
- Knowledge of Excel (One Eighty and CDK, an asset);
- Highly organized, able to exercise sound priority management and willing to work as part of a team.
