Job description

Driven by the desire to be number one, supported by high-performance technological tools and a dynamic team, the Sales Manager's main role will be to develop, deploy and equip his or her team to reach new heights.
The six main axes that will have to guide the management methods will have to be to plan, develop, coach, participate, measure and motivate.
Key skills:
- Significant experience in managing a vehicle sales team is essential;
- Results-oriented, customer-focused and team-oriented;
- Recognized for your ability to plan, organize, work independently and get things done;
- Natural leadership, positive attitude and good communication skills;
- Ability to anticipate and be proactive in decision-making;
- Ability to build team performance using the Activix sales management system a major asset.
