Assistant Manager - new and pre-owned vehicles (Desk Manager)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our sales team. The Assistant Manager acts as both sales consultant and team leader.

When with a customer, he/she offers a professional and personalized service, aiming for satisfaction and loyalty. When not in direct interaction with a customer, he/she actively supports other team members, guides them in their transactions, and fosters an environment of collaboration and performance.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers, assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicles;
- Actively participate in the sales and financing process for own sales and those of colleagues;
- Provide strategic support to other advisors in their transactions, desking, T.O., etc..;
- Assume a leadership role on the sales floor;
- Support team performance objectives and motivate colleagues;
- Participate in the day-to-day management of sales operations;
- Ensure the management of Activix and keep a close follow-up with the advisors.ères.

Profile:

- Experience in automotive sales (essential);
- Experience in leadership or team supervision (important asset);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Sense of initiative, autonomy and team spirit;
- Positive, results-oriented attitude.
