The mandate:

As the first point of contact for customers, you will act as a representative of the BMW brand. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for identifying and coordinating vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will ensure a high level of customer service by providing a unique customer experience and maximizing service profitability.

We are looking for a Technical Advisor with a minimum of 2 years experience. Knowledge of ERA software is an asset.

Responsibilities:

- Listen to the customer and document their concerns related to their vehicle;
- Obtain all necessary information in order to identify and propose the required repairs and/or maintenance work on the vehicle;
- Estimate the nature of the costs and work to be performed on the customer
- Obtain the customer's approval for all corrective work to be performed
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and emphasize the importance of maintenance according to the manufacturer's technical specifications;
- Provide support to customers by phone and in dealership

The desired candidate will meet the following criteria:

- Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Have appropriate technical knowledge;
- Must have the ability to communicate technical information to customers;
- Must bring a positive attitude to the role and be comfortable selling BMW products and services to customers;
- Must be fluently bilingual;
- Demonstrate good stress management;
- Demonstrate patience with excellent listening skills;
