Carrossier ProColor / Kia Ste-Julie's mission is to be the leading body shop with a state-of-the-art workshop and an experienced team.

As part of your duties, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the workshop in terms of work quality, efficiency, profitability and meeting deadlines.

You'll also be responsible for leading a dynamic team, developing business opportunities and implementing efficient work practices, while making customer satisfaction your top priority.

Managing a body shop holds no secrets for you, and you'll be recognized for your leadership, motivational and visionary qualities. You're well-structured and organized (you're proficient with the usual computer tools such as Audatex, Mitchell, RepairCenter and ProgiSync, a considerable asset). That's what we're looking for!
