About the Role:
Our reception team is essential to creating a warm, positive first impression for every visitor. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, managing phone calls, assisting with basic bookkeeping, and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk.

This role offers a consistent 4-day workweek (Wednesday to Saturday, 10-hour shifts)-giving you three days off each week to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bookkeeping experience is a bonus
• Ability to stay organized, and pay attention to detail
