Responsibilities:

Your mandate is to offer financing options, life and health insurance, various coverages and extended warranties, while providing our customers with exceptional service. You will be called upon to act as an advisor, informing customers of service terms and conditions, as well as manufacturer and dealership policies. You'll also have to listen carefully to customers' needs, so as to offer them the financing products best suited to their needs and financial situation.

The Sales Manager plays an essential role in the vehicle purchase or leasing process. He/she is a reference in financing and must forge a bond of trust with customers with the aim of offering them an outstanding experience.

Requirements:

- Able to communicate in English, both orally (intermediate) and in writing (beginner), in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele;
- 2 years' experience as a sales manager in a car dealership;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Resourceful, professional and a great team player;
- Customer service at heart;
- Ability to exercise sound file management.
