We're currently looking for a full-time Delivery Clerk.
As a vehicle Delivery Clerk, you will:
- Put customer files in order and follow established guidelines;
- Ensure understanding of documents presented and answer customers' questions;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of customer files;
- Ensure exemplary customer service;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Delivery Clerk in a car dealership (an asset);
- Excellent stress and priority management skills;
- Excellent customer service;
- Bilingualism (French - English), both spoken and written at an advanced intermediate level, in order to meet the needs of our unilingual French-speaking clientele as well as our large unilingual English-speaking clientele;
- Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- At ease with different computer systems;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to put people at ease;
- Analytical mindset;
- Resident of Canada.
