Financial & Insurance Manager

Job summary:

The Financil & Insurance Manager (F&I) is responsible for presenting and selling financial and insurance products to customers purchasing a vehicle. The jobholder manages financing files, ensures legal compliance of transactions, and contributes directly to the sales department's profitability. The candidate acts as a financial advisor to customers, while respecting dealer policies and regulatory requirements.

Main responsibilities - financing and insurance:

- Present customers with financing, leasing and insurance options (extended warranties, mechanical protection, credit insurance, etc.);
- Prepare credit applications and follow up with partner financial institutions;
- Ensure courteous, transparent and professional service by clearly explaining all products and conditions;
- Guarantee confidentiality of personal and financial information;
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation (Consumer Protection Act, AML, GMP, etc.) and manufacturer's rules;
- Maintain up-to-date customer files and ensure rigorous follow-up of each transaction;
- Forward files to the various departments concerned (accounting, deliveries and sales).
