Parts Clerk – Parts & Accessories Department.
A well-established automotive dealership on the South Shore of Montreal is currently seeking a Parts Clerk to join a dynamic and passionate team.
Position Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling parts and accessories inquiries, both in person and over the phone. They will work closely with the service team to ensure timely delivery of parts required for shop repairs. The role also includes processing orders, shipping and receiving, as well as organizing and maintaining inventory. During peak periods, support for inbound calls to the service department may also be required.
Depending on experience, the role may also involve handling parts-related warranty claims.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant experience in a similar role (experience in a dealership is a strong asset);
- Familiarity with the Serti system (an asset);
- Independent, versatile, responsible, and efficient.
