Service Advisor – Automotive Dealership
A well-established automotive dealership located on the South Shore of Montreal is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join a dynamic and customer-focused team.
If you're known for your organizational skills, friendly attitude, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy;
- Create work orders and clearly explain the required maintenance or repair work, along with timelines;
- Recommend additional services when appropriate (inspections, lubrication, detailing, bodywork);
- Perform a basic post-service vehicle inspection and ensure customer satisfaction before delivery.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Team-oriented, organized, and proactive.
