Web and Customer Relations Manager

The St-Eustache Chevrolet Buick GMC sales team is looking for a motivated candidate for the position of Web Manager and Customer Relations Manager.

Our well-established dealership in the Laurentians is looking for the perfect candidate who will take customer satisfaction to heart.

The successful candidate will be able to count on implemented systems and ongoing training to flourish within the company.

Main responsibilities:

- Establish effective communication with customers via the various discussion platforms (telephone, Facebook, Instagram, email, etc.);
- Work with the sales team to convert various customer requests into dealership appointments;
- Determine customer needs;
- Keep customer files up to date in the CRM;
- Follow-up with met, no-show customers;
- Schedule appointments for the rental portfolio;
- Perform any other related tasks.

- Well-structured;
- Priority management and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

- Fluency in written and spoken French;
- Confortable with computerized tools;
- Bilingual;
- Experience in customer service (an asset).

Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday.
