Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking a Corporate Fleet Analyst (CFA) who has abilities in analyzing fleet data to identify trends, optimizing performance, and increasing efficiencies to join our Fleet Management team. The ideal candidate will have a background in auditing, data analysis, and the ability to easily communicate effectively with various stakeholders at different levels of the company. This role involves conducting comprehensive audits of vehicle data and programs, ensuring compliance with North American regulations, and providing actionable insights to improve Stantec's fleet processes. The CFA will report directly to the Corporate Fleet Manager and work with internal and external resources to ensure that the company maintains its fleet of currently over 1800 ATV's, boats, trailers, and vehicles in North America.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal Stantec clients and Stantec fleet management vendors to add/delete insurance coverage, renew licensing and registration, monitor fuel and program usage, track vehicle mileage/kilometers and usage, and add/dispose of vehicles coming in/out of service.
- Monitor the fleet database, ensuring accurate records of all vehicles, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Assist the Corporate Fleet Coordinator and Corporate Fleet Compliance Coordinator with day-to-day tasks, as necessary.
- Process invoices with our fleet management vendors and Stantec Fleet Contacts.
- Reconcile fleet inventory with Stantec's Fixed Assets team and fleet management vendor(s).
- Oversee vehicle mileage/kilometer reporting in conjunction with Finance and Payroll to ensure compliance with CRA and IRS requirements.
- Conduct thorough audits of fleet expenses, invoices, fleet programs, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement plans and strategies identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Proficiency and hands-on experience with various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint) and dashboard-based applications with vendors.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.

About the Team
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
