Assistant Manager (Desk Manager) - Sorel-Tracy

Salary:

Our requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive field;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Closer and good leadership skills;
- Focus on customer service, results and teamwork;
- Excellent computer skills (Activix, Facebook Marketplace, Google Sheets are important assets);
- Demonstrate telephone skills and good communication skills.

Your main tasks:

- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Act as a coach, mobilizing and supporting the entire team;
- Replace the Sales Manager in his absence;
- Conduct “T.O.” with each customer before they leave the dealership to increase customer satisfaction, and work with the existing Sales Manager to maximize all sales opportunities;
- Manage inter-dealership exchanges;
- Keep the CRM up to date;
- Take care of service customer renewals.
