Job description
We're looking for a passionate and experienced automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Garage Point S in Laval. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in managing service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their automotive service needs;
- Diagnose technical problems and recommend necessary repairs;
- Provide estimates and time for repairs;
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the work to be done and answering their questions;
- Collaborate with the mechanical team to ensure quality of service;
- Follow market trends and new automotive technologies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar position;
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
