We're looking for an Alternative Credit Specialist for our second chance credit department.

You have:

- Experience in the automotive and/or financing industry;
- Knowledge of auto lending practices and second chance credit criteria;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

You will:

- Evaluate credit applications from customers with non-conventional credit files;
- Analyze credit reports and financial documents;
- Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and propose appropriate financing solutions;
- Negotiate financing terms with partner financial institutions;
- Provide excellent customer service by guiding customers through the financing process;
- Follow up on customer files and maintain regular communication.
