SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for the complete management of the after-sales service department. He/she must ensure service profitability, customer satisfaction, the smooth running of daily operations, and the efficiency of his/her team. The jobholder must also maximize the productive time of technicians and keep track of files and records.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Define and achieve department objectives;
- Manage budget and produce required reports;
- Implement strategies to attract and retain customers;
- Apply warranty policies and manage claims;
- Supervise inventory, parts orders and repair orders;
- Ensure quality of work and cleanliness of premises;
- Maintain customer files and tracking tools;
- Provide a prompt and professional welcome;
- Provide clear estimates to customers;
- Handle complaints effectively;
- Maintain a high level of satisfaction and analyze results;
- Foster team spirit and continuous improvement;
- Ensure ongoing employee training;
- Participate in management meetings;
- Comply with health and safety standards;
- Perform any other tasks required by management.

Training
- High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in a similar position, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in administration (or related field) + 2 years of experience.
