Job description
Groupe Prestige, RV Prestige department, is looking for a Recreational Vehicle Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I). The company specializes in new and used motorized recreational vehicles (Classes A, B, C).
As an Financial & Insurance Manager, the job consists mainly in establishing a relationship of trust and finalizing transactions for customers who have purchased RVs. The jobholder will advise customers on the products best suited to their situation, and complete the necessary documentation for each transaction (purchase contracts, financing and insurance agreements). The candidate will also be responsible for following up with suppliers as well as ensuring good after-sales service.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise all financial and insurance activities in the dealership;
- Present and sell financial and insurance products to customers (financing, warranties, insurance, etc.);
- Advise customers on financing options and insurance products adapted to their needs;
- Negotiate financing and insurance terms with customers and financial institutions;
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial and contractual documents;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, company policies and regulations;
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for F&I products;
- Train and coach sales team on F&I products and processes;
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and overall sales.
The candidate will need to know his or her products well in order to promote them effectively. We have a wide range of experience in this field, which will enable the candidate to quickly perform his/her job in an optimized manner.

The work schedule is weekdays during the day and Saturdays (schedule to be discussed). IMPORTANT: A candidate willing to work 3 to 4 days a week would be ideal. We are looking to fill the department with two managers on a permanent basis, which would allow us to share the schedule and transactions of our two branches. Compensation is based on a base salary with commissions on product sales. Obviously, the total salary bonus is highly dependent on the employee's performance.
Required skills:
At least three years of experience in the sale of automobile or recreational vehicle financing and insurance products is required. In addition to being generally resourceful and quick-witted, the candidate must enjoy camping and the outdoors. He/she will be in regular contact with customers, in both French and English, so ease of communication and respect for others are essential. Since many of the tools available are technological, the candidate must have good computer skills. The candidate must be self-reliant and punctual. Good cooperation with other employees is a must, and safety in the workplace is very important.
