Automotive Mechanic

Groupe Salsa is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team at Speedy as an automotive Mechanic!

We are looking for a team player, responsible and reliable!

Responsibilities:

- Diagnosis of engine, transmission, anti-pollution system and management of engine, air conditioning system, etc..;
- Suspension and steering repairs;
- ABS / brake system checks / repairs - support and guidance;
- Road test / quality control of repairs carried out;
- Responsible for all documentation associated with repairs;
- General maintenance tasks, including: oil changes, filter replacements, cleaning, lubrication, inspections and tests to identify potential problems;
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment;
- Collaborate with shop management to maintain schedules and priorities;
- Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once and follow an estimate if necessary;
- Discuss and communicate with customers to help diagnose problems if necessary.

Candidate must have own toolbox and tools.
