The Drive Ahead
 

  • Greet service and parts customers, understanding their needs and concerns
  • Act as the liaison between customers, technicians, and the parts department
  • Provide accurate parts quotes, place orders, and manage invoicing
  • Schedule service appointments and prepare professional estimates
  • Coordinate parts availability with technicians for seamless repairs
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support parts stock processes
  • Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and core processing
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services


Performance Essentials
 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership parts or service advisor role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, in person and by phone
  • Experience using DMS systems like PBS or CDK preferred (must be comfortable working in these systems)
  • Solid knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and service processes
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Full-time availability (approx. 40 hours/week), typically Monday to Friday
