We're currently looking for a Receptionist (with Accounting Responsibilities) to join our GP Kia team on a maternity leave contract running until August 2026. For the right candidate, this may lead to a long-term career opportunity. The Drive Ahead
 

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front-desk communications
  • Process payments and complete daily cash-outs with accuracy
  • Provide support to the accounting team by processing invoices and payment documents
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative files
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and prepare courier packages
  • Assist with reception-related administrative tasks and dealership events


Performance Essentials
 

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (accounting knowledge an asset)
  • Professional communication and customer service skills - in person and by phone
  • High School Diploma
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with dealership systems (PBS or CDK) is a strong asset
  • Full-time availability (approx. 40 hours/week) typically Monday to Friday
