New Vehicles Sales Representative

HGrégoire is a leader in vehicle sales and is recognized for its large inventory of quality vehicles and exceptional customer service.

HGrégoire Nissan Chomedey is looking for a new vehicle sales representative.

Responsibilities - greeting and advising customers:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival;
- Advise customers according to company standards, offering a personalized customer experience.

Responsibilities - vehicle details and recommendations:

- Present vehicle specifications in detail;
- Recommend products that meet specific customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities - answering questions and providing reassurance:

- Answer customer questions professionally and accurately;
- Reassure customers by providing clear and complete information.

Responsibilities - test drives:

- Organize and accompany customers on test drives;
- Ensure a safe and informative test drive experience.

Responsibilities - customer follow-up:

- Carry out regular, quality customer follow-ups;
- Maintain positive and lasting relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive sales: previous experience in automotive sales is required.
- Diploma: DVS in sales consulting is considered an asset;
- Language skills: Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, at an intermediate-advanced level in order to be able to communicate with our unilingual French-speaking clientele, but also because of the large unilingual English-speaking clientele we have.

Personal qualities:

- Dynamic and with a strong sense of persuasion;
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service.

Other:

- Valid driver's licence.
