Rail Xtra is looking for a PARTS COORDINATOR
As Parts Coordinator, you will be a pillar of our logistics organization. Responsible for procurement, inventory management and supplier relations, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and meeting internal and external parts needs.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing and obtain the best prices from suppliers;
- Supervise and optimize inventories to ensure stock accuracy;
- Ensure effective communication with departments and customers;
- Proactively identify and resolve logistical issues;
- Maintain a clean and organized store and warehouse environment.
What we're looking for:
- Logistics skills: You are familiar with procurement and inventory management processes;
- Planning and rigor: You excel in organization and priority management;
- Communication and problem-solving skills: You know how to collaborate effectively and find solutions;
- Attention to detail: You strive for accuracy and precision in everything you do;
- Experience: You have already held this type of position for 2 to 3 years and would like to move up to the next level.
