Job description
Sales management:
- Establish and achieve sales and profitability objectives for the used vehicle department;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction;
- Analyze market trends, sales data and competition to adjust strategies;
- Negotiate and finalize used vehicle sales transactions;
- Ensure fast and efficient inventory turnover.
Inventory management:
- Evaluate and acquire quality used vehicles through trade-ins, auctions or other sources;
- Determine competitive selling prices based on market, vehicle condition and acquisition costs;
- Manage the preparation, inspection and marketing of used vehicles;
- Ensure a diversified and attractive inventory for customers.
Customer relations:
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process;
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner;
- Promote customer loyalty.
