Mechanical Planner

Rail Xtra is looking for a MECHANICAL PLANNER.

As a Mechanical Planner at Rail Xtra, you will be central to our operational success. Responsible for coordinating repairs, maintenance and deliveries, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fleet performance. With your organizational and technical skills, you'll turn every challenge into an opportunity and every priority into a success.

Your main responsibilities:

- Plan repairs and maintenance accurately and efficiently and manage work orders;
- Supervise mechanics and coordinate priorities with the coordinator;
- Provide quality technical advice to customers;
- Prepare and send estimates and bids, while ensuring rigorous follow-up;
- Manage claims and guarantee customer satisfaction.

The person we're looking for must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar mechanical position.
