Fix Auto Groupe Salsa is looking for an Estimator!

As an Estimator, you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to customers and insurance partners in terms of price, damage and estimated repair time.

A day in the life of an Estimator at Fix Auto:

- Review damage reports, repair orders and repair cost estimates;
- Plan the work to be done;
- Create repair estimates for potential customers in accordance with Fix Auto and insurance company best practices/guidelines;
- Follow-up on estimates;
- Collaborate with customer experience staff to ensure exceptional follow-up and service;
- Monitor vehicle production in collaboration with production managers to ensure on-time delivery.

Our ideal candidate:

- High School Diploma or College Diploma in auto body repairs;
- Considerable estimating experience in the collision repair field;
- Some knowledge of estimating systems;
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
