Chaput Automobile, a well-established dealership in Varennes for over 75 years, is looking for an experienced technical advisor to actively contribute to the success of its after-sales service department.
What you'll do on a daily basis:
- Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism;
- Assess their needs and generate accurate repair or maintenance estimates;
- Recommend products and services based on age, mileage, vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations;
- Open work orders and ensure rigorous follow-up of current files;
- Provide administrative support for after-sales service operations.
What you bring:
- Three to four years' experience as a technical advisor in a car dealership;
- Knowledge of Chrysler products, an asset;
- Experience with Serti software, an asset;
- Sales skills and ability to judiciously recommend maintenance required for vehicle safety and performance;
- Excellent customer service skills, professionalism and team spirit.
