Chaput Automobile, a well-established Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM dealership in Varennes, is looking for a Parts Clerk to join its team. Are you known for your sense of service, thoroughness and interpersonal skills? Then you could be the one we're waiting for.

At the heart of a stable, passionate and customer-oriented team, you'll play an essential role in the smooth running of our parts department, supporting technicians, customers and internal operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome customers and effectively identify their needs;
- Answer calls and provide information (prices, availability, technical advice);
- Participate in the receipt and shipment of parts and merchandise, as required;
- Prepare invoices for sales over the counter or to retail customers.

Profile:

- Strong customer orientation and impeccable sense of service;
- Ability to build trusting relationships;
- Team player, resourceful and good listener;
- Positive, results-oriented attitude;
- Comfortable with computer tools and parts management systems;
- Experience in a car dealership or similar position an asset.
