Liaison Agent

Job offer - Financing / Leasing Renewal Agent - Monday to Friday schedule.

Duties:

- Oversee the lease / finance renewal process, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with the terms offered;
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives;
- Ensure customer satisfaction once at the dealership;
- Follow up on reminders / manage the financing and leasing renewal schedule.

PROFILE:

- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills;
- Customer and results orientation, with an analytical and creative mind;
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments;
- Bilingualism (French/English) - an asset;
- Experience in automotive sales (a major asset).
