Welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude

Open and manage work orders efficiently

Provide accurate estimates for maintenance and repairs

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service

Communicate with customers throughout the repair process

Recommend preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability

Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds loyalty

Bilingual (French & English)

Experience in a dealership or automotive environment is an asset

Strong communication and organizational skills

Customer-focused, energetic, and detail-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
