Fix Auto Centre-Ville, a member of Groupe Salsa - a recognized leader in the body shop industry - is looking for a passionate and motivated body repairer to join our team.

Your mission:

Restore vehicles to their original appearance and integrity, while working with a close-knit, professional team in a modern, well-organized workshop.

Your daily routine:

- Read and validate damage reports, check parts, plan repairs;
- Dismantle and install damaged or new parts using specialized tools;
- Repair dents, creases, scratches and other damage;
- Sand, filler, glue and prepare surfaces for painting;
- Straighten monocoque structures using traction/anchoring equipment;
- Perform MIG/MAG or resistance welding (training provided as required);
- Ensure rigorous quality control of work performed;
- Work to manufacturers' standards to minimize rework;
- Collaborate with other departments: maintenance, dismantling, logistics;
- And above all... have fun doing your job!

You're the ideal person if you...

- Have a passion for bodywork and a job well done;
- Hold a DEP in bodywork (or in the process of obtaining / equivalence);
- Have relevant experience (asset, but not mandatory);
- Respect health and safety regulations;
- Are autonomous, rigorous and enjoy working as part of a team;
- Have general knowledge of the automotive industry;
- Be able to work under pressure without losing your smile.
