What You'll Do:
 

• Greet guests with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
• Clearly communicate maintenance and repair recommendations
• Coordinate between customers, technicians, and parts staff
• Manage repair orders, estimates, and follow-ups
• Ensure a seamless service experience from drop-off to pick-up

What We're Looking For:
 

• Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS is a plus
• A passion for delivering luxury-level hospitality
