Automotive Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for an Automotive Delivery Coordinator.

The candidate will have to deliver the vehicle physically and in paper (new and pre-owned vehicles).

TASKS:

- Delivering new or pre-owned vehicles;
- Checking the file;
- Greeting the client;
- Presenting the vehicle (visually);
- Having the documents signed;
- Placing the vehicle;
- Collecting the sums due;
- Offering a visit at the service department;
- Explaining the vehicle’s characteristics according to the QDC form;
- Removing the plate and placing the exchange vehicle;
- Indicating in the computer system that the delivery is done;
- Ensuring full customer satisfaction.
