Job description:

As a Sales Consultant at St-Léonard Toyota, you will be an essential member of our sales team, responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. You will be responsible for understanding each customer's individual needs, advising them on the different models and options available, and guiding them through the sales process.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers in our showroom and assist them with professionalism throughout their visit;
- Listen carefully to customers' needs and help them find the vehicle that best suits their requirements and budget;
- Provide detailed information on available features, options, warranties and financing programs;
- Conduct test drives with customers to help them better appreciate vehicle performance and comfort;
- Negotiate terms of sale, including price, trade-in and financing terms, while ensuring positive customer relations;
- Finalize sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed correctly;
- Track prospects and potential customers through regular follow-up and proactive communication to foster customer loyalty;
- Work closely with other sales team members and related departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive sales;
- Excellent communication and active listening skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving approach;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly;
- Valid driver's licence.
