Ideal candidate profile:
- Experience required: minimum 1 year as a Service Advisor;
- Exceptional customer service: ability to meet customer expectations;
- Language skills: bilingual - French and English (an asset);
- Computer skills: knowledge of SERTI software (an asset);
- Knowledge of the Ford range: a major asset.
Job summary:
- Reception and advice: interact with customers to identify and meet their vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Customer care: maintain a quality relationship and ensure rigorous follow-up of customer files.
