Body Shop Manager / Estimator

We're looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager for one of our body shops at 985 rue St-Isidore Saint-Lin Laurentides, in the heart of the village.

It's a great challenge: motivating!

Tasks with daily help and support:

- Open files and follow up with insurance companies;
- Make appointments for repairs;
- Estimate vehicles more or less 10 per week;
- Manage employees (3);
- Follow-up on workshop files;
- Coordinate vehicles in workshop;
- Distribute work to employees;
- Control work during and after completion;
- Control repair surcharges;
- Place and follow up on parts orders;
- Provide explanations and help to understand shop specifications.
- Multi-tasking.

The successful candidate will be assisted on a daily basis by the General Manager. This person must have a good knowledge of estimating as well as a positive attitude, while working closely with employees.
