Position: Service Advisor - after-sales service.

Your key missions:

- Offer a warm welcome and attentive care to our customers;
- Manage appointments efficiently, in harmony with workshop availability;
- Rigorously open, follow up and close work orders;
- Handle invoicing accurately;
- Listen, understand and communicate customer needs with empathy;
- Pass on relevant information to technicians to ensure smooth service;
- Simplify technical explanations and keep customers informed of work in progress;
- Provide transparent advice on manufacturer-recommended maintenance;
- Take an active part in team life and perform all related tasks.

What we are looking for:

- A customer service enthusiast with strong listening skills;
- A positive, professional and courteous attitude;
- An enthusiastic team player;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
- Knowledge of Serti software is an asset!
- Experience in a similar position is an asset.
