- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and obtain information about their car;
- Open and close work orders and manage them;
- Take incoming calls to answer customers' technical questions;
- Provide support to technical advisors in various tasks related to work order management;
- Perform all other related tasks as required by the department.

Requirements:

- You have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position in a car dealership;
- You have multitasking skills, structure and organization, and are committed to customer service;
- You are able to exercise sound priority management and demonstrate rigorous follow-up;
- You have a valid driver's licence;
- You have good computer skills (knowledge of SDS [Serti] software a desirable asset).
