Your role: a key player in our financial performance

As a Controller, you will oversee all financial activities of the dealership. You will be responsible for accounting, budget planning, financial analysis, and preparing the reports necessary for sound and strategic management. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health of the company and actively contribute to implementing growth strategies.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations: general accounting, accounts payable and receivable;
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and financial forecasts;
- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports;
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations;
- Optimize financial processes and implement effective internal controls;
- Provide management with relevant analyses and strategic recommendations.

Profile:

- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a car dealership;
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure;
- Leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team.
