Sales Manager - New Vehicles

Vision Automobile Chevrolet, Buick, GMC is currently looking for an experienced Manager to lead with enthusiasm, leadership, tact, integrity and professionalism, the new vehicles sales department.

Position from Monday to Friday. NO WEEKEND!

The candidate is a master of an effective sales approach, and knows how to apply it and is able to communicate and convey it with ease. This role is a perfect balance between "Field Manager" and "Administrator". The Sales Manager is simultaneously in the heat of the action and up-to-date with administrative tasks.

The incumbent has great dynamism, is a born leader releasing boundless energy and has a flawless positive attitude. Making use of creativity and innovation, knowing how to easily use the Internet as an essential tool in positioning the company in the market, the Sales Manager leads the sales team towards the achievement of profitability targets, sales volume and the customer service index (CSI) established by Senior Management.

Required profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager (GM dealership, an asset);
- Functional computer knowledge;
- Bilingual, French and English.
