A dealership representing a range of luxury vehicles in the Laval area is currently looking for a Service Advisor.
Responsibilities:
Your mandate is to welcome customers, define repair needs, sell maintenance services, follow up on customer vehicle work and ensure the quality of customer service. You must also open and close repair orders according to standards.
You must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, good mechanical knowledge, organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
To meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele, you must be able to express yourself both orally and in writing in English and French.
