Job description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Parts Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling to customers, in the workshop, following up with various parties and preparing orders.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and advise customers on automotive parts;
- Research and identify parts required;
- Manage inventory and place orders;
- Prepare and invoice orders;
- Answer telephone calls and e-mails;
- Follow up on parts ordered and received;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Ford product experience (strongly recommended);
- Knowledge of automotive parts;
- Good communication and customer service skills;
- Computer literate;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Autonomy and ability to take initiative;
- DVS (vocational diploma) in consulting and sales of motorized equipment parts.
