**Position Overview:**
The Controller will oversee our financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have automotive industry experience, particularly with the Serti system, and possess a strong understanding of various financial instruments and practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Collaborate with KPMG for year-end finalization.
- Oversee financial transactions related to US exchange, letters of credit, and leasing operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain financial controls.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making within the organization.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and service, to align financial objectives.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of the Serti system is a must.
- Strong understanding of US exchange practices, letters of credit, and leasing processes.
- Experience with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
