Job description

We are currently looking to fill a position of Manager / Service Advisor / Parts Clerk.

The tasks to be performed by the employee will be shared and/or divided with other colleagues. They are as follows:

- Schedule customer appointments;
- Serve our customers and write up work orders to pass on accurate information to technicians;
- Prepare estimates;
- Advise customers on required repairs and available options;
- Order, stock and invoice parts;
- Explain invoices to customers and collect payments;
- Distribute work to Technicians;
- Process warranty claims with third-party warranty company;
- Manage parts returns;
- Complete inspection reports for fleet customers;
- Request purchase orders from customers.

The candidate must have the following skills:

- Punctual;
- Bilingual;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Good working knowledge of car, light truck and trailer repairs
- Good knowledge of tire sales;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Computer skills;
- Able to write repair orders and reports with good grammar;
- Able to work with minimal supervision.

Knowledge and/or experience with the following software will be considered a major asset:

- AB Magique;
- Nexpart;
- Prolink;
- Mitchell ProDemand;
- Alldata;
- Worldpac Speedial.
