Sales Administrator - VTCA
Vuteq Technical Center Americas is a Sales and Engineering service provider representing Vuteq and Diversity Vuteq manufacturing groups throughout North America. The Vuteq group of companies is actively engaged in automotive parts manufacturing and design and currently supplies Interior and Exterior components to General Motors, Toyota Motor Manufacturing and Honda Motor Manufacturing. Job Description
The Sales Administrator's main duty is to assist the sales coordinators with updating existing product contracts and system updates.

- Support resolving service part discrepancies between Vuteq branches and buyers
- Assist Sales Coordinator by assembling quotes for new business, ensuring accuracy and feasibility, and gathering required information from other Vuteq departments (purchasing, engineering, process development, etc.)
- Maintain constant communication with the customer and other Vuteq branches to ensure positive relationship
- Upload production contracts from customer website and summarize in an Excel spreadsheet weekly for sales team's convenience
- Assisting with a range of tasks as assigned by the sales coordinators, including production quotations and data entry using respective customer portals
- Support with tracking current model trackers and updating quotes
- Comparing of the service parts pricing in the parts list and supporting with service parts contracts
Qualifications
Education
- Successful completion of a minimum two-year diploma program from a college (any business program is considered an asset)
Experience
- 0-1 year of sales experience
- 0-1 year of working exposure to the automotive industry
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines set by customer
- Prioritization skills; ability to adapt to changing demands (internal and/or external)
- Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and team members
- High attention to detail; ensuring accuracy of work completed
- Ability to show versatility and resourcefulness when problem solving
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel - local, national, international (valid passport)
